Making reservations for this 2024 Essence Fest package signifies you read and your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

All of your payments to Sarai Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sarai Events, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government issued identification.

Email addresses entered must be active and correct. We are not responsible for any information missed due to incorrect or inactive email addresses. There is only one email address per individual, and it can only be used once. This ensures that all parties receive our correspondence as well as important reminders/information. NO WORK OR SCHOOL email addresses allowed.

Sarai Events accepts payments by credit card or bank transfer only. No other forms of payment will be accepted (i.e., PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, etc.)

Refunds will not be given due to roommate abandonment. Please ensure your roommate has made his/her reservations and are making timely payments as required.

Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee.

No payment plans will be accepted after April 30, 2024.

You should only buy concert tickets and party passes from reliable ticket sources such as Ticketmaster or Essence Fest and/or its distributors.

Please note the Intercontinental Hotel only have one king or two queen beds. Please note this when booking triple or quad occupancy.

Hotel Industry standards may require a credit card charge upon checking into your room for incidentals. You and your roommates should discuss this before checking in. You should also use a credit card as opposed to a debit card. Hotel accepts cash also. Please contact the Intercontinental Hotel for more on their incidental policy.

Our bus will depart Atlanta on Friday July 4, 2024 at 6am and depart New Orleans on Monday, July 8, 2024. Exact Location for Atlanta pickup and the detailed itinerary will be forwarded to all fully paid guests 30 days before departure.

Sarai Events' Staff will be on-site for any guests needing assistance on the bus/at the hotel and/or during events.

Sarai Events accepts reservations and payments according to two schedules:

Payment in Full at the time of booking.
-
Initial Deposit with Payments over time on Sarai Events Billing Plan. A minimum payment of $100 is due each month on the 15th after initial deposit.
PAYMENT IN FULL:
You may pay in full at the time of booking. No additional payments will be needed, unless you later modify your reservations to add additional hotel nights and/or party passes.
MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN:

We do not keep credit card information on file. You can log into your account 24 hours a day after your initial reservations.

An email to create your account profile will be sent within 5 days of your initial deposit.
-
A minimum payment of $100 is due each month on the 15th after initial deposit.
LATE CHARGES & CANCELLATION
Payments MUST be made MONTHLY to keep your reservations secured. Payments made after the 15th of EACH month will be assessed a late fee of $50 for each month it's late in addition to your monthly payment of $100.00 or more that is required. The payment plan and schedule will be STRICTLY ENFORCED.
